Established in July 2005 by a group of visionary intellectuals and business leaders, the Lung Yingtai Cultural Foundation is committed to promoting civic engagement and fostering an open, democratic society. Supported by a volunteer Board representing diverse facets of Taiwan’s cultural landscape and sustained by generous individual donors, the Foundation serves as a platform for open exchange of ideas and encourages diverse perspectives.
Our mission is to cultivate critical thinking and broaden global awareness, particularly among young people in Taiwan and Chinese communities worldwide, empowering them to become compassionate and responsible global citizens. As a non-partisan organization, the Foundation remains independent, relying solely on private contributions without government funding.
