Global Citizen: What Do I Have to Do with AIDS?

A butterfly flaps its wings in the rain forest and sets off an infinite chain reaction, affecting events thousands of miles away. Globalization has an impact on us all.

The internet connects people, so do diseases. AIDS has killed nearly 30 million people since 1981. Each day 6,000 people get infected and about 12 million children in Africa are AIDS orphans.
