An Aging Foreigner Speaks About Taiwan’s Future

Richard Bush first came to Taiwan in 1975. He has worked on issues related to Taiwan for more than three decades, both as a government official and a scholar.
During the course of that time, Taiwan, China, and the world have changed in profound ways.
In his talk, he offers his thoughts about Taiwan’s past, present, and future, and on bridging the gulf between generations and cultures.
