Globalization not only facilitates the flows of talents, capitals, goods, and ideas, but it also brings other ethnicities and cultures to our doorstep. It challenges us to confront our prejudices and attitudes toward people of different ethnicities and cultures. If Taiwanese people are to be given a score on our understanding of human rights, what will we get? What about the score for our actions?
