Decarbonizing the World Is a Must to Save Agriculture and Fishery

Climate change is progressing and accelerating. With current measures, the increase of the global average temperature would amount up to 3.5-4°C. This will have enormous consequences for nature and especially for agriculture and fisheries.

What are the implications for the farmers and fishermen, the rural communities, the food industry and the consumers? Are there strategies how to master these challenges? Are we sufficiently prepared to deal successfully with the Anthropocene?
